An independent report by the DfE-appointed Commissioner for Children바카라 사이트檚 Services in Bromley recommended that the council be allowed to retain control of the delivery of children바카라 사이트檚 social care services subject to a 6-month review of progress.
The report of that progress review recommends that the council retain control of the services.
The commissioner was appointed following a that judged the overall effectiveness of those services to be inadequate.
The revised direction required the chair of the council바카라 사이트檚 improvement board to provide the Secretary of State with quarterly update reports on the council바카라 사이트檚 ongoing improvement work. It replaced the earlier statutory direction issued to the council in November 2016.
