The Departmental Minute by the Chief Secretary to the Treasury was laid on Wednesday 20 July 2022 in Parliament alongside a Written Ministerial Statement. The Departmental Minute notifies Parliament of a contingent liability that the Treasury intends to create for up to 拢10 billion of UKIB guarantees.
