Details
The Deputy Traffic Commissioner for North West England decided:

to grant the application (albeit for passenger classes B and C rather than A) subject to the following conditions, which the company has indicated that it accepts:
i) vehicles to be given Class V MOTs (including seat belt installation check);
ii) vehicles to be maintained as per the Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness;
iii) safety inspections to be carried out at least every 10 weeks;
iv) a section to be added to safety inspection sheets enabling the fitter to sign vehicles off as roadworthy;
v) vehicles to have a decelerometer brake test at each safety inspection;
vi) all drivers to have a driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
