The sixth statement of new regulation is a forward look of all regulations in scope of government바카라 사이트™s 바카라 사이트˜one-in, two-out바카라 사이트™ system (including measures which are deregulatory) that are scheduled to come into force between 1 July and 31 December 2013.

This is published every 6 months to give businesses an indication of when regulations that impact on them will be coming into effect.

We are introducing 11 measures in this period, 5 of which are deregulatory measures that will reduce the burden on business, 3 of which are regulatory measures with a cost to business and 3 of which are zero net cost measures.

The statement of new regulation, combined with other measures that form part of the government바카라 사이트™s strategy for reducing regulation, is designed to reduce Whitehall바카라 사이트™s tendency to regulate and give businesses clarity about all new regulations being introduced. It provides an overview of the net costs and benefits to business and civil society organisations.
