31 July 2025: All documents updated

We have amended the contract documents for AR7/AR7a to ensure that the contract terms reflect government policy as set out in recent government responses to AR7 policy consultations published on 바카라 사이트.

The main amendments are:

• in all documents where required, the provisions in respect of the contract Term have been corrected to allow for 20 year contracts to be allocated to all wind technologies and solar PV
• in all documents where required, the Base Year has been amended to 2024
• in all documents, the Milestone Requirement that requires that all Relevant Applicable Planning Consents are secured by the Milestone Delivery Date (Technology-Specific Project Commitments) are amended to clarify that this requirement applies to Unconsented Projects only
• in the 6 phased offshore wind projects
  • the definition of 바카라 사이트淟ongstop Period바카라 사이트� has been amended to instruct the CfD Counterparty to insert the correct Longstop Period as specified in Table H of the CfD Standard Terms Notice
  • provision is added to enable the CfD Counterparty to insert whether or not a project is an Unconsented Project
• in phase 1 of the Apportioned and Single phased metering contracts, the provisions relating to the 바카라 사이트淢ilestone Requirement Notice바카라 사이트� have been amended to ensure that requirement applies to both the Project Commitments and 10% spend route when evidencing fulfilment of a Milestone Requirement

These are the final versions of the聽CfD聽Standard Terms and Conditions, the Generic Agreement and contract variants for聽CfD聽Allocation Round 7.

Each聽CfD聽contract issued in Allocation Round 7 (AR7) will comprise 2 components:

• the specific front-end聽CfD聽Agreement
• the Standard Terms and Conditions

The generic聽CfD聽Agreement forms the front section of the聽CfD聽contract and contains project-specific information that tailors the application of the Standard Terms and Conditions.聽CfD聽applicants should select this聽CfD聽Agreement, unless one of the other published variations is required - for example the phased (apportioned and single metering) terms or private network terms.
