A statement of the inquiry results into Keeping Kids Company which was removed from the register of charities on 13 May 2021 - registered charity number 1068298.

Amended pursuant to a judgement in the High Court in the case of R (on the application of Kerman) v Charity Commission [2025]. Read our statement on the judgment.

  1. This report has been amended to reflect a recent High Court judgment. This judgment upheld the inquiry바카라 사이트檚 finding of financial mismanagement, which was based on 바카라 사이트渁mple evidence바카라 사이트�, and rejected 바카라 사이트渂y a wide margin바카라 사이트� allegations the Commission predetermined the outcome of the inquiry. The Commission accepts the finding that it made important errors in relation to two detailed aspects of the report, and has amended three paragraphs, and removed a fourth, to reflect these findings.
