All Basic PAYE Tools users
You should now download HMRC바카라 사이트™s Basic PAYE Tools version 25.1.
If you have already downloaded and installed the Basic PAYE Tools version 25.1 and you바카라 사이트™re still experiencing problems, contact the online services helpdesk.

Print function
The 바카라 사이트˜Print바카라 사이트™ function in Basic PAYE Tools version 25.1 cannot print directly to a printer. You바카라 사이트™ll need to save the document as a PDF on your computer.
Forms that you바카라 사이트™re legally required to give to your employees, for example P45s, P60s and payslips, will show correctly in the saved PDF file. You can email the PDF as an attachment, or print it from the saved location on your computer.
Before emailing payslips, you must get your employees바카라 사이트™ agreement to do so.
Large screens such as the 바카라 사이트˜Employer Payment Record바카라 사이트™ and 바카라 사이트˜Employee pay and deductions record바카라 사이트™, will not print to PDF correctly. There바카라 사이트™s no legal requirement for you to print these.
We바카라 사이트™re working to fix this issue in a future version of the Basic PAYE Tools.
White screen
When you open the Basic PAYE Tools you may get a white screen. This could be because your computer does not have Direct X 11 (or greater) capable video hardware. Basic PAYE Tools needs this hardware to open in standard mode.
You should be able to access the tool by switching to assistive mode. Windows users, can access the Basic PAYE Tools assistive mode from the start menu shortcut.
Welsh version of Basic PAYE Tools
You need to set up the Welsh version the first time you open the tool after updating it to the 2025 to 2026 version. You only need to do this once to update the language settings.
On your computer바카라 사이트™s desktop, find Basic PAYE Tool바카라 사이트™s crown logo and follow the steps to set up the Welsh version.
- Right select the logo.
- Select 바카라 사이트˜Language바카라 사이트™.
- Select 바카라 사이트˜Welsh바카라 사이트™.
Close and reopen Basic PAYE Tools to view the Welsh version.
