Lists of arbitrators agreed with the UK's FTA partners as part of the trade dispute settlement mechanism.

Details

The dispute settlement mechanism under some UK free trade agreements (FTAs) requires a list of arbitrators to be jointly agreed. If an FTA dispute arises and reaches arbitration, individuals from the agreed list can be appointed to settle the dispute.
