This document contains the following information: Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Swiss Federal Council on the readmission of persons present without authorisation with protocol : Berne, 16 December 2005.

The Agreement and protocol entered into force on 16 October 2006. The Agreement and protocol were previously published as Switzerland No. 1 (2006) Cm 6773 (ISBN 9780101677325).
