This report presents the findings of the Commission바카라 사이트™s research into the relationship between charities, their beneficiaries, and public views of what being a recipient of a charity바카라 사이트™s services might mean today.

It looks at the public바카라 사이트™s knowledge about what is and isn바카라 사이트™t charitable, as well as:

  • what difference personal experience makes to service expectations
  • and what stigma may be attached to using charity바카라 사이트™s services

The commission바카라 사이트™s research identifies a list of recommendations to help charities improve how they treat and reach out to beneficiaries, as well as managing their expectations.
