Details

This year바카라 사이트檚 Rail Accident Investigators seminar welcomed speakers from Network Rail, RSSB and Dr Patrick Waterston of Loughborough University as well as some of our own inspectors.

The presentations included:

• An overview of the fatal accident at Margam
• Understanding how causal factors contribute towards track worker accidents and near misses
• Investigating the assurance arrangements
• Investigating compliance to 019
• Investigating loss of data on Cambrian lines
• The importance of Corporate Memory in accident investigation
• The use of Safety II in rail accident investigations
• RCIP - A new approach to road collision investigation

The presentations we currently have have been uploaded. We are working to make them accessible and will add others once we have them.
