Melissa Quignon-Finch
Biography
Melissa started her career in the private sector, working in the UK and overseas, before joining the Civil Service in 2014.聽She has held senior leadership and Board-level roles, leading Strategy, HR and Communications functions, in Welsh 바카라 사이트 (including as the first Chief People and Communications Officer of the Welsh Revenue Authority) and the Cabinet Office.
Melissa is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management and Business from Aston University.
