Biography

Iain Osborne was appointed as a Non-Executive Director at Monitor on 19 May 2014.

He is also Group Director for regulatory policy at the Civil Aviation Authority, and is an experienced regulatory expert having held senior roles in 6 regulated sectors, privately and publicly funded, at EU, national and regional levels.

His previous roles include:

• Chief Executive of Northern Ireland바카라 사이트檚 energy and water regulator
• secondment to the European Commission바카라 사이트檚 competition directorate
• strategy director to a pan-European telecoms company
