Alexander MacGill
Biography
Alexander 바카라 사이트˜Mac바카라 사이트™ MacGill joined the CNPA Board in November 2024 as a nuclear industry representative.
Mac is currently NRS Dounreay바카라 사이트™s Environmental, Health & Safety, Security and Quality (EHSSQ) Director having previously joined the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority in 2018 as Dounreay바카라 사이트™s Security and Resilience Director and carrying additional responsibilities such as Deputy Managing Director during his tenure.
Prior to this, he spent 3 years as the principal consultant and director of an executive management consultancy, having enjoyed a diverse 24 year military career spanning highly demanding command, leadership and management appointments of military engineering, defence procurement, military training and war fighting / peace keeping operations.
Mac brings a wealth of experience to the CNPA Board from several very different military staff and operational environments. He has extensive experience of high-risk safety and security, major change and digital transformation programmes, as well as a strong background in providing tactical leadership and improving operational performance.
Mac holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology Honours Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng Hons) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (FiL).
