Publication scheme
Each government department has a publication scheme, which makes information available to the public about how it operates and how it spends its budget.
AGO바카라 사이트™s publication scheme compliance
The AGO바카라 사이트™s Guide to Information is the information that we routinely publish in order to fulfil our obligations as set out at section 19 Freedom of Information Act 2000. The AGO has adopted the Information Commissioner바카라 사이트™s model publication scheme.
Any written material held by the Attorney General바카라 사이트™s Office (AGO) may be considered for release following a request to us under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000. From March 2015, the AGO has been publishing responses to FOI requests received by the department which have been answered partly, or in full, on a monthly basis. Responses to any requests for information that is not held, or is exempted under the FOI Act, are not published.
What we spend and how we spend it
