The programme of speakers at the 2016 바카라 사이트 Chemist Conference is announced

The conference will be opened by the 바카라 사이트 Chemist, Dr Derek Craston, followed by a keynote presentation from Professor Sir Mark Walport, 바카라 사이트 Chief Scientific Adviser, on the recently published report 바카라 사이트楩orensic Science and beyond: authenticity, provenance and assurance바카라 사이트�.

The conference will include presentations on:

• the Food Authenticity Network
• the role of the UK customs laboratory in combating food and consumer goods fraud
• referee case outcomes
• DNA sequencing for food authentication
• allergen detection and management
• the National Food Crime Unit
