The Civil Nuclear Constabulary바카라 사이트檚 (CNC) Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) has spoken of his pride at the organisation rising eight places in this year바카라 사이트檚 Inclusive Companies list.
Samuel Gower described the CNC moving into 51st place as 바카라 사이트榠ncredibly encouraging바카라 사이트� and has ambitions to reach the top 50 next year.
He said: 바카라 사이트淲hen our submission was made, the CNC바카라 사이트檚 EDI team were all quite new in our roles and our plans and strategies were still being developed, so to finish so close to the top 50 is something to be proud of.

The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers is a definitive list of UK-based organisations that promote inclusion across all protected characteristics, throughout each level of employment within their organisation.
The CNC바카라 사이트檚 EDI team will continue to design, launch, and embed strategies to improve the organisation바카라 사이트檚 inclusive offering to employees.
Samuel added: 바카라 사이트淭here is much still to do, and we cannot allow complacency to distract us from our ambition of breaking into the Top 50 바카라 사이트� something that will be a focus for us as a team in 2024.
