Hornsea Project Four Offshore Wind Farm DCO announced

The application involves the development of the Hornsea Project Four offshore wind farm. This is within the western area of the former Hornsea known as Zone 4, under the Round 3 offshore wind licensing arrangements established by The Crown Estate.

The application was submitted to the Planning Inspectorate for consideration by바카라 사이트Orsted Hornsea Project Four Limited on 29 September 2021 and accepted for Examination on 27 October 2021.

Following an Examination during which the public, Statutory Consultees and바카라 사이트Interested Parties were given the opportunity to give evidence to the Examining Authority, recommendations were made to the Secretary of State on 22 November 2022.

This is the 126th Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project and 73rd energy application to have been examined바카라 사이트by The Planning Inspectorate within the timescales laid down in the Planning Act 2008.
