Sartin v UNISON: 16 July 2025

The applicant made a complaint under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 that the union had breached its rules relating to disciplinary procedures.

Jama v UK Private Hire Drivers Union: 13 August 2025

The applicant made two complaints under section 108A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, that the union had breached its rules when the Chairperson unilaterally appointed unelected individuals to the Executive Central Committee (ECC) and introduced a new rule on Disciplinary Procedure into the Union바카라 사이트檚 Rule Book.
