British Embassy Quito presented USD 5000 donation to Charles Darwin Foundation
British Ambassador presented USD 5,000 donation to the Charles Darwin Foundation for the Mangrove Finch Conservation Project in Galapagos Islands.
In lieu of the United Kingdom바카라 사이트檚 interest in environmental conservation and climate change adaptation strategies, the British Embassy Quito, the British Chamber of Commerce in Guayaquil and the Galapagos Conservation Trust were pleased to donate USD 5000 to be used for the Mangrove Finch Conservation Project in the Galapagos Islands, implemented by the Charles Darwin Foundation (CDF), the Galapagos National Park and the San Diego Zoo. Similarly, on October 13th 2014, the British Chamber of Commerce in Guayaquil screened the film and also organised a raffle with the same purpose. Both events were able to raise a considerable amount of money, which will help in the conservation of this beautiful bird species, which is very important for the islands바카라 사이트� wildlife. It is worth mentioning that the initiative to organise this fundraiser came from the Galapagos Conservation Trust and the British Embassy Quito, with full support of the British Chamber in Guayaquil.
