August 2019 Transaction Data
This data provides information about the number and types of applications that HM Land Registry completed in August 2019.
In August:
- HM Land Registry completed more than 1,706,820 applications to change or query the Land Register
- the South East topped the table of regional applications with 395,716
HM Land Registry completed 1,706,827 applications in August compared with 1,898,283 in July and 1,746,974 last August, of which:
- 339,583 were applications for register updates compared with 364,709 in July
- 885,154 were applications for an official copy of a register compared with 998,656 in July
- 215,336 were search and hold queries (official searches) compared with 229,294 in July
- 18,284 were postal applications from non-account holders compared with 19,471 in July
