This report provides a summary of responses to the consultation on foreign aircraft permits and DfT바카라 사이트™s response. It also sets out the government바카라 사이트™s decision to proceed with transferring the administration of foreign aircraft permits to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) from 6 April 2014 and to end the related objections process from 1 March 2014.

We are consulting on 2 proposals to reform the permits which foreign registered aircraft must obtain before they can operate in the UK or carry out aerial work under the . The government proposes to:
- remove the objection process, which currently allows UK and community carriers established in the UK to object to the grant of a permit in respect of a non-scheduled flight by a foreign registered aircraft
- transfer from the Secretary of State for Transport to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) the administration of these permits
