Detail of outcome

The Biometrics Commissioner sought comments on a paper that set out preliminary proposals as to how he should approach applications made under (new) section 63G of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 and the factors to which he should attach significance when determining them.

Detail of feedback received

Although respondents generally agreed with the proposals made in the consultation paper, a number of changes were also suggested. This document summarises the responses to that consultation paper and the commissioner바카라 사이트檚 comments on them.
