This document takes forward the government바카라 사이트s 바카라 사이트in principle바카라 사이트 decision announced on 3 February 2011 to reform the Air Travel Organisers바카라 사이트 Licensing (ATOL) scheme so that it:
- better protects consumers in the 21st century holiday market
- puts the scheme바카라 사이트s finances back on a self-sustaining footing, allowing the current government guarantee to be withdrawn
The document is in 2 main parts. The first sets out further details of the reforms that can be implemented by new secondary legislation, seeking stakeholders바카라 사이트 views on a number of detailed issues. The second part seeks stakeholders바카라 사이트 broader views on potential medium to longer term reforms to the ATOL scheme including areas where new primary legislation would be needed.
The consultation runs for 3 months, and ends on 15 September 2011.
