In July 2013, the European Commission published a proposal to replace the current European package travel regime with a new directive, designed to reflect developments in the way the travel market operates.

The government바카라 사이트™s response to this call for evidence sets out what the UK바카라 사이트™s formal position in the negotiations should be. It draws on the views of respondents and our current understanding of the views of other member states. The response also takes into account the Department for Transport바카라 사이트™s current review of the Air Travel Organisers바카라 사이트™ Licensing (ATOL) as part of its domestic reform programme.
