The European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation and Limited Liability Partnerships etc. (Revocations and Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021

This instrument is being made using powers in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (바카라 사이트渢he 2018 Act바카라 사이트�) in order to address failures of retained EU law and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom바카라 사이트痜rom the바카라 사이트疎U. It also makes amendments under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 to continue to align the accounting and reporting framework for Limited Liability Partnerships with that for companies.
