The Audiovisual Media Services (Amendment) Regulations 2021
This instrument is being made under section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (EUWA) in order to address the remaining deficiencies arising in the operation of domestic law which transposes the revised Audiovisual Media Services Directive, Directive 2010/13/EU, (AVMSD or 바카라 사이트渢he Directive바카라 사이트�) 1 as a result of the United Kingdom바카라 사이트檚 exit from the European Union (바카라 사이트淓U바카라 사이트�). The instrument will address the remaining deficiencies that were not addressed in the Audiovisual Media Services (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/1536).
