How to complain

You can:

  • call or write to the Child Benefit Office

If you write, include:

  • your National Insurance number
  • your full name, address and telephone number
  • details of what happened and when
  • any reference numbers you바카라 사이트™ve been given
  • how you바카라 사이트™d like your complaint settled
  • the word 바카라 사이트˜complaint바카라 사이트™ at the top of your letter

The Child Benefit Office will usually respond within 15 working days.
