Bail

Bail from a police station

- living at a particular address
- not contacting certain people
- giving your passport to the police so you cannot leave the UK

Bail from a court

If you바카라 사이트檙e not released from custody, your local authority and the Youth Justice Service must try to find a safe and secure space for you (for example, with a relative, in foster care or in a children바카라 사이트檚 home). You must stay there until the next available court hearing, which is normally the next day.
If you are not moved to a secure space, you will stay at the police station. The police must present a certificate to the court to explain why you바카라 사이트檝e been kept there.
