You cannot use this service to change your charity바카라 사이트™s name or governing document if it바카라 사이트™s an exempt charity. Contact your principal regulator instead.

if either:

  • your governing document says you need their permission for the change
  • you do not know who your principal regulator is

Tell the Charity Commission online

You will need a 바카라 사이트˜My Charity Commission Account바카라 사이트™ to update your charity바카라 사이트™s details. Find out how to request and set up a new account.

If you바카라 사이트™re changing your charity바카라 사이트™s main name, working name or governing document, you바카라 사이트™ll need to upload a PDF of the decision (바카라 사이트˜resolution바카라 사이트™) to make the change.

You may also need to upload a PDF of your:

  • updated certificate of incorporation from Companies House, if your charity is a company and you바카라 사이트™re changing its main name or working name
  • new governing document, if you바카라 사이트™re a charitable incorporated organisation
