Where a Traffic Commissioner determines a matter in conformity with the Senior Traffic Commissioner바카라 사이트™s general directions, the Commissioner cannot have erred in law unless the Senior Traffic Commissioner바카라 사이트™s directions were themselves unlawful. This follows from the requirement in section 1(2) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 for Traffic Commissioners to 바카라 사이트˜act under바카라 사이트™ general directions given by the Senior Traffic Commissioner.
